First off, today is the last day to vote in my poll, over there to the left. If you haven't already done so, make sure to vote on where I'm going for my Habitat for Humanity adventure!
Okay, so I haven't done a Not me! Monday in quite awhile, and I felt like doing it today. So...here goes:
I did NOT spend Thanksgiving morning lazing around my house, watching TV and taking my sweet time baking my pumpkin pie. I was excited to go to my mom's place for the holiday, so I would NOT have spent the entire morning alone watching BH-90210 reruns on SoapNet. Not me!
I was NOT a horrible aunt, resisting my nephew's pleas to play the Scooby Doo game. I love my nephew and of course I wanted to play games with him even if he was making up his own rules.
I did NOT almost ruin the gravy by adding WAY too much corn starch. I'm excellent in the kitchen and ALWAYS remember to turn on the stove when cooking. I would NEVER have kept adding more cornstarch before checking the heat. Not me!
I did NOT have the BEST time playing Mario Party (or whatever it's called) with Marc and Kristi and my mom. And I did NOT have to suppress a bit of a giggle when The Nephew got angry over not winning a mini-game. It was NOT funny because it did NOT remind me a
I was NOT shocked when my mom beat us all at Apples to Apples and I did NOT stay up until almost 1 in the morning on Friday morning. I did NOT jump three feet in the air five hours later when Marc woke me up to go Black Friday shopping. Not me!
I did NOT spend a fun-filled four hours at K-Mart, Wal-Mart and Target with Marc and Kristi and I was NOT completely amazed by how polite people were and how short the lines were. Oh, and I did NOT spend all that time in the stores to just buy two DVDs. With all those crazy deals out there, that would be silly.
When I got home on Friday afternoon, I did NOT collapse onto my bed and sleep for almost sixteen hours straight. I would NEVER let myself get tired enough to sleep for so long. Not me!
I did NOT spend most of Saturday watching TV and reading. I would NOT have been so lazy when I had a ton of other things to do. And I did NOT drag my roommate, Davey, out the door to see Fantastic Mr. Fox at the super cool theater down the street. We did NOT totally LOVE the movie and we were NOT in heaven sitting in a 21+ theater on LEATHER RECLINERS.
My weekend did NOT rock and I did NOT get plenty of sleep. And I was NOT disappointed this morning when I woke up and realized I had to go back to work. Not me!
If you want to find out what everyone else has NOT been up to, stop by MckMama's blog to check it out!

I didn't eat too much and I don't need to go to the gym either...
(I love this denial stuff!)
Ohhhh all that relaxing does NOT sound like heaven to me and I am so NOT jealous and wishing I was at home watching BH 90210 reruns!
Well, I did sleep 16 hours straight, probably more than once over the break. And I didn't have Black Friday shopping as an excuse! I avoided that like the plague!
Man, you did NOT have an awesome weekend!
I did not skip exercise for the
10th week in a row.
I did not oversleep Thanksgiving morning and mess the whole dinner up!
I am not jealous in the least to think of someone having 16 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
That sounded like a really perfect Thanksgiving!!!
